WE’LL SOON HAVE HIGHER OIL PRICES–GET READY

Global oil production is dropping like a rock. Hardly anyone is exploring. Low oil prices have caused companies to cut costs, and the first thing to go are those associated with exploration.

Soon we will see consumption of oil overtaking supply, and the price of oil will gradually rise.

Strangely enough, natural gas prices will probably not rise. Vast new finds have been made lately increasing reserves substantially.

With the Obama administration pushing hard for Cap and Trade, the cost of electricity will probably soar, especially for companies that generate electricity with coal. Unless those companies switch over to gas, we are going to see the price of electricity triple. But not all electric companies, just like not all homes are able to switch to gas. If you have gas lines in your area, consider having a gas line run to your home.

You can even run a natural gas generator to produce your own electricity if things get really tough.
